Our Contemporary Dance class for ages 11+ blends elements of modern, jazz, lyrical, and classical ballet to create an expressive and creative dance style. Dancers will move to age-appropriate music while learning basic to intermediate ballet techniques and exploring the use of props to enhance movement. Led by experienced instructors, this class helps develop coordination, flexibility, musicality, and confidence in a relaxed and supportive environment. Perfect for dancers who enjoy expressive movement and want a more relaxed, creative approach to ballet-based dance.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing (t-shirt, leggings, etc.) and ballet shoes. Hair must be tied back securely. Please bring a water bottle.
